Timpte Hoppers offer 3 different trap door opening option with the low torque gear driven, the gravity flow strap style, and the EZ Flow Electric/Hydraulic power doors. We'll give you a look at all 3 and let you decide which style is best for your operation.

1.) Low Torque Gear Driven -- Rides on a Stainless Steel gear track for constant contact from the crank handle, Each door runs on a sealed HD 40 mm diameter roller bearings designed to give years of trouble free service

2.) Gravity Flow Strap Style --  1” Cross Shaft Diameter • .125” Tub Panel Thickness (hopper stiffener not required) • 1” U-Joint • 5000 lb. Belt Rating (Linear Breaking Strength) • 4” Overlap on Tub Panel & Trap Frame Attachment • Full Contact Trap Seal During Door Travel, Runs on Nylatron Bearings 

3.) EZ Flow Hydraulic Trap System -- The operator can stay out of the dust by opening the traps from the cab of the truck, using the multi-function remote. • Operates using a single 12 volt hydraulic motor • Nylon protected hydraulic hoses and stainless steel fittings for increased durability • No trap operator or motor to interfere with swing auger • Easily control product flow by feathering the door open and close • Heavy duty reinforcement brackets for hidensity commodities (Frac Sand) • Hydraulic motor and reservoir are protected in the apex of the trailer • Quick release emergency override • New standard remote design that makes trap operation easy to use • Multi-function remote programs up to 5 trailer accessories • Emergency Override System now standard feature with every order • 3 Year “Peace of Mind Warranty
