Which Size Utility Trailer Do You Need for Your Golf Cart?
Boy golf carts sure are getting popular, and we get asked all the time would my golf cart fit on that trailer? So we went out to D&R Golf Cars to load up a few different size carts on our most popular trailer for them the Sure-Trac 6x12 Utility.
The first cart we tried out is the Cricket RX5 is the latest Innovation from the Cricket Carts team! These electric carts, like all our Crickets, can fit into nearly any vehicle, from RVs to Pickup trucks, from vans to SUVs! However, what makes the RX5 unique in the Cricket family is not only its sleek new rounded design (which comes in multiple colors), but also its advanced front end suspension. The RX5 is the smoothest riding Cricket to date, and with variable add-ons such as the cart tops, weather shields and remote controls, you can customize your RX5 for any occasion!
RV enthusiasts and campers absolutely love the convenience that the RX5 provides, Equestrian athletes can use the RX5 to swiftly travel around events, then store it away in their horse trailers when not in use! As always, anyone can enjoy the RX5, even for leisurely rides around the park or neighborhood, this Cricket is a versatile and affordable electric cart for all occasions! For this cart you can easily get it on a 4.5x8 or 5x8 Utility Trailer
The Second Cart we tried out was a standard golf course special. The classic EZ Go 2 Seater golf cart would be able to fit comfortably on a 6x10 utility.
The Third Cart we loaded up is a Honor LSV G1 2+2. This 4 seater with 2 forward facing and 2 rear facing seats fit perfectly on the 6x12 utility.
The Fourth Cart we zoomed up on the trailers was an Evolution D5 Ranger. This cart is a 4 seater all forward facing and once again fit perfectly on the 6x12.
The last cart that we loaded up was the Honor LSV G1 4+2. This cart is a 6 seater with 4 forward facing seats and 2 rear facing seats. This cart was just a hair to big for the 6x12. We would suggest a 7x14 or 7x16 on a unit like this.
